The hotel exceeded my high expectations in every way possible. Not only did they provide exceptional customer service by returning my forgotten shower bag promptly, but they also went above and beyond by offering ironing facilities in the room, which was a lifesaver for me. the heating in the room was perfect, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of tea and coffee facilities available, making me feel right at home. the sitting area in the room was spacious and well-furnished, creating a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring. the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful environment for a restful night's sleep, and the garden furniture outside was a lovely touch for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail, from the free toiletries to the electric kettle and flat-screen TV, truly set them apart. I was thoroughly impressed by the carpeted floors, which added a touch of luxury to the room. I can confidently say that this hotel has set the bar high for my future travels, and I cannot wait to return for another exceptional experience.
